Terms of use
Last updated Oct 15, 2026
These terms apply to your use of curasync.co, operated by Curasync (“Curasync,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information, not advice
Content on this site, including the portfolio projects, dashboards and downloadable samples, is general information about our services. It is not medical, legal, billing-compliance, coding, tax or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation for any specific organization. See the Disclaimer.
No client relationship from using the site
Using the site, sending the form, booking a Consultation or emailing us does not create a client or consulting relationship. That begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement, which then governs the work and takes priority over these terms.
Portfolio projects
The dermatology clinic and physical therapy practice in our portfolio are fictional. Their results are illustrative, and any recovery or rate figure is a modeled estimate, not a promise of results for your organization.
Our content
The site and its content, including text, graphics, dashboards, the Curasync name and logo, and the sample PDFs, belong to Curasync or its licensors. You may view the site and download the sample PDFs to evaluate our services for your own organization. You may not resell, republish or present them as your own work without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to break the law, send patient information or other sensitive data, send spam or malware, try to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the site’s operation, including by heavy automated scraping.
Third-party services and marks
The site links to and embeds third-party services (such as Cal.com, Formspree, LinkedIn and Cloudflare) that have their own terms. We are not responsible for them. Insurer names appear only to describe publicly posted rate data. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurer. CPT is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Curasync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Curasync harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
