Scope of our work
Curasync provides financial and operational analysis only. It is not medical, legal or billing-compliance advice. We are not a law firm, a billing company, a coding auditor or a licensed financial advisor. Decisions about coding, billing, payer contracts, compliance and patient care belong to your organization and its qualified advisors. We recommend you review any contract negotiation with your own counsel.

Sample data built from public benchmarks. The clinic is fictional. Neither portfolio project describes a real practice, client or patient.
- Revenue Leakage Analysis. Medicare rates are published 2026 CMS rates and benchmarks are cited in the project’s sources. Visits, claims, payments and commercial payer behavior are simulated. Payers are shown by type, not by name.
- Payer Rate Benchmark. Market rates come from machine-readable files that insurers publish under the federal Transparency in Coverage rule. The practice, its volumes and its own contracted rates are fictional. Posted rates may differ from what is actually paid under a specific contract, and files can contain errors, so all figures should be checked against your own remittances.
Estimates are not guarantees
Recovery amounts, rate gaps and other projections are modeled estimates based on stated assumptions. Actual results depend on your data, your payers and the actions your team takes. We do not guarantee any financial outcome.
