Privacy policy

This policy explains what Curasync (“Curasync,” “we,” “us”) collects through curasync.co, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send the contact form, book a Consultation or email us, we receive your name, email address, organization name, organization type, role and anything you choose to write. When you book through Cal.com, we also receive the time you pick and any answers you give on the booking form.
Information collected automatically. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not build profiles of individuals.
Patient information. This website is not a place to send protected health information (PHI). Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, account numbers or any other patient details in the form, a booking or an email. If you send them anyway, we will delete them.
How we use information
- To reply to you, schedule and hold the Consultation, and prepare a quote.
- To deliver and improve the website and keep it secure.
- To keep records of client engagements as required by contract or law.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to train third-party AI models. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the site and the business, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and privacy-first analytics.
- Formspree: receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us.
- Cal.com: booking. The scheduler loads only after you choose to open it, and Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to the booking page.
- Our email provider: to send and receive email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Cookies
curasync.co itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you open the Cal.com scheduler, Cal.com may set cookies needed for booking. Formspree may use a spam check when you submit the form.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and booking details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the period our engagement agreement or the law requires, then deleted.
Client data in paid engagements
Data a practice shares during a paid engagement is governed by the engagement agreement and, where it includes PHI, a business associate agreement (BAA) under HIPAA, signed before any data is shared. We ask for de-identified extracts wherever possible, store data encrypted, limit access to the people doing the work, and return or delete it at the end of the engagement.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. We use reputable providers, strong authentication and the least access needed. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@curasync.co. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we will honor them where they apply. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing, though we do neither.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
